• Franchise businesses

• Minimum owner's contribution of 50% (unencumbered / free cash). Proof to be provided to the
• Bank and confirmed by auditors in the opening balance sheet.
• Letter from Franchisor confirming that franchisee has met the selection criteria and will be provided with the necessary training. Letter to also confirm that a support team will be in place to ensure "opening store assistance".
• Copy of Lease agreement and franchise agreement
• Business plan with 24 months financial / cash flow projections supported by demographic, site survey / feasibility study.
• Day one balance sheet confirming solvency, level of unencumbered owner’s contribution and to be signed off by client, auditor / accountancy officer.
• CV of the prospective shareholder(s)
• Statement of assets and liabilities from owners.
• KYC documentation
